What Kind Of Feedback Can I Provide?

Upon receiving your feedback or complaint, we will promptly acknowledge receipt. The resolution process will be tailored to address the specific nature of your concern and required actions. We strive to resolve issues as swiftly as possible and will keep you informed throughout the process. If necessary, we will implement measures to prevent recurrence.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we will explain the reasons and discuss alternative options. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, we can assist you in escalating the matter internally within Treehouse Innovative Families or guide you on making a complaint to an external organisation.

How We Will Respond:

Protecting your privacy and confidentiality is paramount to us at Treehouse Innovative Families. When you submit a complaint, you have the option to remain anonymous. We always strive to resolve complaints locally. If you prefer not to speak directly with your assigned worker or local manager, please indicate this in your complaint, and we will ensure you are connected with the appropriate person.

We only disclose information to individuals directly involved in addressing and resolving your concerns.
