What we do.

Ladybug Counselling is registered under the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to provide short and long-term therapeutic supports across NSW.

Working collaboratively with Treehouse Innovative Families, we focus on strengthening the ability of NDIS participants to live at home, build life skills, participate in the community and access a broad system of supports.

Support Coordination

Our team of skilled and trained Therapeutic Mentors help NDIS participants in capacity building, mentoring, supporting independent living, social participation, community participation, transport and more.

SIL

Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with and/or supervision of daily tasks in a shared living environment, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as independently as possible.

Behaviour Support

Our team of clinicians work collaboratively to develop and review BSPs, which outline person-centred strategies to reduce the occurrence and impact of behaviours of concern, while minimising the use of restrictive practices.

Cognitive Assessment & Psychology

Our in-house psychologist provides counselling and conducts research to help identify, measure and ultimately manage mental, behavioural and emotional disorders.

Therapy Intervention

Ladybug Counselling uses a holistic approach to expressive therapy, that allows the individual to reveal and manage their experiences and feelings through a natural, self-guided, self-healing process.

Therapeutic Mentoring

Our staff are highly skilled workers, all with a background of working with people with disabilities. Our therapeutic mentors help participants to achieve their goals whilst embracing our therapeutic model. Each program is tailored towards the participant and their individual needs.

We work collaboratively to help support, empower and assist participants in their everyday life.
